Personal Philosophy:
Effective evaluation, planning, and implementation of the school library program, and resources, must take place on a continuous basis. This occurs with each decision supporting the district, school, and library philosophy, mission, policies, and student learning outcomes. When we upholding the library, school, and district mission when making decisions for the library and our students, we help create an effective, united, and successful learning environment for our students, staff, and community.
