Personal Philosophy:
As a school librarian, and teacher, I strive to provide a positive and dynamic learning environment for my students. This involves collaborating with teachers on instructional projects, and with building and district administrators on policies that reflect our district, and building philosophy, mission, and goals. Also, it is important to be an advocate for student learning, and needs, with the community, and parents as well. This is beneficial for the success of the library for our students, parents, and the community.
